Experience...Interview

In past few weeks, I've attended several job interviews, which the result is still unknown. I admit I am pretty excited to know whether I am accepted or not, meaning I'm qualified enough to work for them. If not, I will try harder to find any openings in Malaysia industry market.

I'd rather work in doing maintenance, planning or project than going to R&D department. Probably I don't like to work in rigid environment. Something new in everyday is what excites me.

Comparing one interview to another, each company has their own style. Mostly are relaxed and not too formal, allowing the candidate to perform better in introducing what they capable of.

To be frank, my first interview was quite bad, as I dont know what infomation should I tell because the interviewer dont do much talking. Only few words and thats it, except when he tells the job scope and about the company...Well, maybe its a good think I was not accepted for that position since the job scope probably doesnt suit me.

My second is much better. I already know what to do. Give out everything about what we learn, tell honestly and just be myself. "Being yourself" probably the best advice for those going for job  interview. Tell whether the skill listed in resume is still fresh or you'll need some time to get it back to be used again. Honestly, I don't know whether what I tell help me or failed me, but I'm pretty sure lying about what you can do is much worse when it comes to real work.

After going to interview one by one, experience build up and hopefully I can "sell" myself to the company and accepted as an employee anywhere. Treat every interview as a chance to gain experience and be motivated as you aimed to get the job...

Hopes me sharing some of my experience can help others in their future job interview :-)

Spirulina and Pig Waste...

Well, few years back Smart Shop through their advert has aggressively increase the popularity of this sea algae. Adding spirulina into a person diet is considered a good thing and act as supplementary food because of its high contains of minerals and such.

That is few years back where the spirulina is cultured in the sea. To reach the demand of the market, they need to do mass production of this algae. One thing that suprises me is that one of the ingredient for its culturing process consists of pig waste, its manure (in other word...pig shit, or najis babi).

Researcher found that spirulina can be used to treat the waste water, and at the same time growing spirulina. I never took spirulina before so i don't care much about it.

I don't know whether the spirulina in the market is in the same species or the particular species is just used to treat the water and not for market. But until further knowledge, its just better if muslim who is still taking spirulina in their daily diet take my advice and stop. You might want to throw out when you read more about its..yucks.. :p

Some info can be found HERE ..and HERE.. or you can just google spirulina pig waste..

Harian Metro

haihh...bodoh...bodoohh~

One step at a time

Salam...

Rasa cam liat sangat. Malas sangat nak buka buku untuk menelaah.

Sebab aku pun macam tu juga..he he he..

Jadi apa yang aku nak sampai kan kat sini, kalau kita tak mulakan, macam mana nak bermula..betul tak? Take one step at a time.

Women...or CD's

For a Morning Musume and AKB48 fan, it is my dream to have their photobooks and cd's and album and concert dvd and many many more. But what I want to share with all of you here is the value of their original merchandise.

See, most of the stuff is sold all around the world via internet. Their merchandise is wrapped for protection and as a proof of the condition that the package hasnt been opened yet.

So, for fans of them will try to get the original merchandise if they have to money. Some have spends thousands on their stuff (huhuhu...so jealous when see their collection and its nice watching the real stuff).

Some of my fellow friend has their own method in collecting the cd's and photobook, maybe I want to like this also when I have the money. They will buy at least 3 copy of the release.

- One - is for watching, hearing, open the wrap
- two - the same item, still in wrapping for collecting purpose (has much more value)
- three - if there is limited edition of the item

So, what can you see here is that those in the wrapping still untouched or opened has more value to it.

I am a fan of woman too. And in my opinion mens treat woman the same with the case above.

For man to marry woman they need money to support another person in their life. Same case as buying the cd's. And they will look at 3 types of women.

Sorry to say, to those already open their wrapping you can consider yourself has less value than those still in wrapping.

Of course there are woman ready to give everything to man as a prove of love. This kind of thinking is moronic. Who doesnt want something precious and expensive when given for free. Me myself wont consider to resist :P

But for being collectors item (to be chosen as wife), men will still consider the one which has good personality, religious and any other aspects. Even its more expensive, its more worthy to be kept.

Being a man, i understand how a man thinks. Yes believe me, mens are cruel creature. We can be the most evil son of a b*tch alive on earth. Not all though...i'm a good man. Ahahaha~

Some like to flirt around so they look for woman who like to gives everything they want. If he says he do love her all his life thats totally bull. The heck he loves you for...he already got what he want. And those ready to give everything as prove of love...what the heck you giving it for.

If the guy doesnt want you, you give your precious, he still going to go away. Theres no saying men need to marry the woman after having sex with her.

I really do have respect to woman. In my eyes, woman needs protection, care, guidance and many more from us men. SO, please consider yourself worthy. Its not good to follow the living of westeners. I read metro few days ago about teenagers having sex openly at remote part of Pasar Seni (Central Market). Malaysia is getting worse day by day.

I really hope in the future this kind of thinking will be less or none at all. Decreasing in moral is one of the factor of downfall in civilizations. I hope Malaysia wont become next country with the most corrupted people alive.

Sorry if my opinion offended my female reader, its just my 2 cents :)

nearing the final

Salam

Dah nak habis dah short sem ni rupanya. Sem 4 bulan pun rasa sekejap, inikan pulak short sem yang 2 bulan je. Lagi la tak rasa. Tapi aku rasa sem pendek kali ni lagi bes dari sem lepas sebab rumah duduk 8 orang. Walaupun tak se-save sem pendek yang lepas dari segi bajet, basically it was fun living in a house with 8-friends. Aku dah jatuh cinta dok kat rumah ni.

Janji bes makan pisang goreng n cekodok kat air terjun sambil shower air terjun.

Tadi aku masuk blog Provokasi Minda, ada satu post pasal "kenapa laki tak kawen". Aku pun malas nak komen panjang2 sebab isu sensitif. Silap ayat leh jadi diskriminasi kepada kaum hawa yang leh watkan aku jadi single sepanjang hayat.Miahahahaha.Tapi apa2 pun, bagi aku laki kalo nak kawen kena complete dulu la kan. Jangan lak nak kawen perangai cam mat pit.

Guide abah aku turunkan ilmu kalau nak kawen dulu camni:

-beli rumah dulu

- kawan je dgn perempuan masa stadi ni, jangan menggatal nak bercinta2, kalo nak blaja wat cara nak belajar, nak kawen tak payah blajar...kerja pastu kawen. Nanti nak jaga anak dara orang. Girlfriend tu pun kira cam peringkat awal kawen gak la..so still kena bertanggungjawab (bak kata dia la)

- kalo kuar dgn kawan perempuan tu tong2 la duit time keluar. Ijan(nama abah aku panggil aku) pun abah tanggung lagi, ni ijan nak tanggung anak dara orang? logik tak camtu? n gefren yang memahami pun memang akan share duit kuar kan? takkan nak laki tu sapot dia je. len la kalo aku anak datok ke, anak lord ke...Lord of The Ring.huahuahua.Apa aku merepek ni setaaannn~

- bila dah kenal pempuan yang kita suka tu,pastu dia pun suka kita...jangan segan, jangan silu pegi rumah orang tua dia kenal kan diri. nanti bila da kenal tak la segan silu nak ajak kuar kan, nanti kalo boring leh lepak2 rumah die ke...wat muke tak malu cam takde rumah sendiri. Jangan masuk lepak bilik dia sudah... :-P

- stabil kan kewangan, pastu bila da cukup syarat2 initial no 1 n no 2 tu boleh la masuk minang.

Syarat no 2 tu aku dah ada dah. Tinggal orang dengan rumah je aku takde lagi. So kalo ada sesiapa yang nak isi syarat "orang" tu jangan la segan silu berkenalan dgn aku yeh...miahaahahaha.

Mother's day

Salam...

13 Mei ni...trigger apa-apa tak kat minda korang? peristiwa 13mei masa tahun 1969 dulu tu pun memang menakutkan jugak.

Mothers Day la kawan2...takkan tak ingat kot.haha. aku pn x ingat sangat :p

Aku kalo kat rumah skang ni mesti da plan dgn adik2 aku utk celebrate mcm mana

Erm, antara 1 cara yang aku penah buat aku tempah kek special mothers day (biasa time2 macam ni biasa nya bakery banyak buat promotion, korang order je kek yg dia propose utk event cam ni sebab biasa nya memang bes)

Aku order kek dgn bunga rose (tong2 dgn adik2 aku) and bila masa dia dok lepak2 pagi2 aku pun kuar rumah pergi bakery tu amik kek yang aku dah tempah tadi tu (and of course la mak aku curious sebab tak penah2 aku mandi pagi2 pastu terus keluar lak tu, konon nak beli komik...miahahaha)

Aku balik dia tengah kat bilik lepas tu aku dan adik2 kumpul and cakap "Selamat HAri Ibu"!!!!

Hehehe....dia cover2 dia nyer happy dengan senyum2 pastu cakap

"Patut la keluar rumah pagi2...tak pernah2 dibuat"

Aku senyum je, pastu aku serahkan kat dia bunga yang di order sekali tu.

Yeah...it was a success and we enjoy the day together lepaking at home cooking Tom yam :p

Apa aku nak tekan kan kat sini bukan suruh beli kek je, banyak je perkara yang bes kita boleh buat contohnya masak favourite dish dia kalau dia suka dan macam2 lagi. Tapi bukan selalu kan ada mothers day ni.

Advice for new Muslims or those considering Islam

I found this article and thought it was really good, I got it from:

http://forums.muslimvillage.net/lofiversion/index.php/t21615.html

its kinda helping though when sometimes even we as muslim forgot about what we really are, what we suppose to do and whats most important is that we always what Islam really is. i leave it to you guys to read it urself. check it out ;)

Advice for New Muslims or those considering Islam
Practical tips from fellow convert, Saraji Umm Zaid.

So, you are a new Muslim. Mabrouk, congratulations. Or perhaps you are thinking about taking your shahada (profession of Islamic faith). I would like to offer some advice, if I may. Having been through what you may be about to experience, I pass this on only in the hopes that you may avoid some of my mistakes, insha'Allah.

1. Don't jump feet first.
This is so important, not just when coming to Islam, but in any aspect of your life. A lot of times, new shahadas are overwhelmed with what is happening. A new religion, new life rules, new politics. Many are eager to join every Islamic group on the face of the earth. Others start playing scholar within a few months. Many people feel like they have to speak Arabic within a month. This is not so. Language doesn't make the Muslim. Take it slowly and pay attention.

2. LEARN YOUR PRAYERS!!!
Make it the first thing you do. Forget about learning Arabic, memorizing hadith, becoming involved in politics, or anything else! LEARN YOUR PRAYERS. I would recommend that you start learning them before your shahada, when you become seriously interested in Islam. I can't stress to you how important this is! I learned the hard way. I am still struggling with part of the prayer now, almost one year later! In the Qur'an we read:

Successful indeed are the believers. Those who offer their prayers with humility and attentiveness. (23: 1-2) Also:

Verily, Prayer prevents one from shameful and evil deeds. (29:45)

There is also a saying from Hadith:

The Prophet (saws) said:

"Between a man, and between shirk and kufr there is the abandonment of Prayer" (shirk is the worship of objects other than Allah, and kufr is disbelief in Allah and the Message He sent) (reported by Jaabir ra in at Tirmidhi)

3. Don't let set backs keep you down.
Many new shahadas report that they encounter racism from Muslims. Others say that there is a visible lack of support when they seek it, leaving them feeling alienated. This is a dangerous place to be. Your feelings of resentment and lonliness, your hurt pride could turn you away from Islam, even though your heart longs to submit. I emphasize here that this doesn't happen to every Muslim, and many Muslims open their hearts and homes to new shahadas! But I have seen it enough to know that there are people who slip through the cracks. If you can't find a Muslim community or people willing or able to help you, there are other resources. There are websites, mailing lists, and Islamic support groups that can help you learn your prayers.

All it takes is a little effort. And in the end, Islam isn't about other people, or how many friends you make. It is about you and your Creator. On the last day, you, and no one else, will be responsible for your actions (or lack thereof).

Finally, I have this to say: Allahu Alim Allah knows best.

He knows better than you do what is good for you and what is bad for you. He has a plan for you, and His Love and Mercy is so great that your only choice is to trust in Him and submit to His Will. Sometimes you won't like it. Life gets "ugly" sometimes. It is hard, it is scary, and it is messy. Nothing comes gift wrapped with a bow on top. Islam reminds us that this short, messy, hard and beautiful life is short. The life after this one is what counts! The goal is Heaven, Paradise, Jennah.

Insha'Allah we will make it.

grown up

salam

do u still remember when u r still kid? during primary school, when the headmaster are giving his words infront during assembly i always thinks like this:

"what is this bloody old man talking in front for...let get back to class la. so we can stat the class. its hot out here u know"

and maybe the same as when i was in secondary school. but when i enter the next stage of my life i found that everytime someone important talking in front, there will always be some good information thats need to be shared or told to everyone.

is this what we call maturing period? and now it is common for us to pay attention when someone talking in-front no matter what the occasion is (xcept for some boring classes...heh) me as a kid has very short concentration...only for a few minute and pooff...the next minute my eyes are on the field outside class (especially add maths classes..haha)

when we as a kid wanted something so badly, and was not granted by our parents because they can see it that what we wanted brings no good to us. but hey...now that we can already think and make our own decision properly...did we say thanks to our parent for making the decision while we are still in stoopid period.

hmm...i always be thankful for what my parents did to me. shaping me to be the way i am now.
lets just hope that as getting older, we are getting more matured and become what we hope for.

when i was small, i had this conversation with my opah;

opah:Ijan nampak tak pokok2, batu2 masa naik kereta pergi sekolah/mengaji?

me: nampak...kenapa

opah: semua pokok2 tu doakan ijan, supaya berkat masa belajar. pergi belajar pun dapat pahala. senang je nak dapat pahala. susah ke nak pergi belajar?

me:...

at that time those words means nothing much to me than just an advice for me to study harder. but now when i think back, yeah...maybe opah is right about this. now when i walk for lecture at 8am, i would cross a walk with flowers at both side. maybe its not beautiful as rose, it doesn't have any nice smell. but everytime i walk in the morning seeing the flowers blooming reminds me to opah. i hope that all the flowers, trees, stones pray for me as i walk to class...heh. it sure pump me up to go to class in the morning. just that sometimes enjoy the scenery where all the flowers blooming and walk slowly.haha!

why dont u try it too...thinking positive like that might help ur lazy asses to move (for next sem lerr...hehehe)

jya naa~

5 DONT'S while sleeping

1 DON'T SLEEP WITH WATCH
Watches can emit a certain level of
radioactivity.
Though small, but if you wear your
watch to bed
for a long time, it might have adverse
effects on your health.

2 DON'T SLEEP WITH BRA
Scientists in America have discovered
those that
wear bras for more than 12 hours have
a higher risk of getting breast cancer.
So go to bed without it.

3 DON'T SLEEP WITH PHONE
Putting the phone beside your bed or
anywhere
near you is not encouraged.
Though some of us will use phones as
alarm clocks,
but please put the phone as far as
possible.
Scientists have proved that electrical
items including
mobile phone and television sets emit
magnetic waves when used.
These waves can cause disruptions to
our nervous system.
Therefore if you need to put your
mobile phone n ear you,
switch it off first.

4 DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP
People who sleep with make up might
have
skin problems in the long run.
Sleeping with make up will cause the
skin to have
difficulty in breathing and problem in
perspiring.
You will also need a much longer time
to go into deep sleep.

Lastly.....

5 DON'T SLEEP WITH OTHERS' WIFE /
HUSBAND
You may never wake up again.

thief

Salam...

Few days ago, while walking through the corridor saw a notice pasted by the UKK. its about the case of stealing. yeahhh!!! its allready starting. its "THAT" time of the semester.

yep, every near semester ending this thief will start their honorable work at making other(s ) suffer, feeling down, sad, depress and many more un-happy feeling. all this victims has to suffer for these thief sake (tu lah...kecik2 tanak mampos.masuk kolej nyusahkan orang. keje nak mencurik je).

notice warning students about the Return of The Long Hands

from stories i heard and from the case from HEP, the thief mostly are students who spent a lot of their money (PTPTN of course) and in the end when they have no money (usually end of semester) they start their plan taking others belongings and sell it outside to get money (which is then spend without thinking again) and repeat again to fulfill their desire to enjoy.

there are also case where the girl steals for her boyfriend (she stole her roomate laptops) and caught (lured by her own roomate, revealing herself...stoopid rite?)

i've been a victim of this f*ckers 2 times. 1st is during my 2nd year (c6409), going to friday prayers just to know that my hp (nokia 6600) is stolen during my away period (err...nama pun pencuri kan, org jahat mesti lah x pegi semayang jumaat kan?) damn it. i didnt expect something like that happened though...because all this while i kept it in the locker and for that once i forgot to keep it in the locker, the f*cker has his chance of a lifetime and took it away. damn that motherf*cker. still remember i went to junior's room in front of my room and ask one by one...surrounded by all my friends (psycho la sikit...hahaha) around 10 of us in there...

then the 2nd time is during 1month holiday of this year (3rd year). when i came back from holiday, well things i notice 1st is that the door works fine. i insert the key and it went in smoothly. then the room is clean like the way we leave it before holiday. then i saw my cd case (100pcs) is not at its place. so does the coins. even cable for my speaker, keyboard, my football shoes (see? thats why i stopped playing lah. not because i'm lazy or wat(sekadar...alasan), rodon's (bukan nama sebenar) headphones, botak's memory card, his coins also, and few other items.

well...all i can do is report it to the security and pray so that Allah pays him back for what he has done to me. if i knew who it was, i will do nothing more than beating him halfdead and paralyze for all his life so that he cant make s*x or marry someone...

so guys, if u do know anyone stealing just call all of our friends...belasah cukop2, tibai, lanyak kasi mati pucuk and after all that, then we send him to the police.huhuhu...

hipocrite-lies-betrayal

sayin u r there but u r not
sayin u are his fren but u consider not
sayin comforting words yet u curse
sayin u r an angel while u r the devil

one might feel good being like that
others might be thankful for someone looking them as special
others might look up to him
expecting an angel by their side

but hey...
try too think...
if the one u lied to...
someone u gave hope
the one u r try to comfort
knowing that u just lied all this life
u lied to escape
u lied too look good

u r someone who he look as the best fren,
who he can relied on
who he can talk to freely
who he tot could be touched by his warmness

but...its all just a lie..

owh wat a pathetic life u had
living life full of lie...
pity u

-eNd-

as for me, i would rather be hated than sayin things u r not. well, i am a direct person. one who knows me know best. u suck n so i say. u r great n so i say. i'm not someone you should expecting to hear some good stuff.

i'm not the type saying flowering words to comfort. i dont know how to manipulate the facts, spin the words around to cover myself. i'm not the type that know how to play with words

well...i just hope that everyone being direct to me to. really hate the feeling knowing what u said is a lie and not admitting it, while covering it with something else. i'm a direct person and so i hope others.

being direct for me is not being arrogant. what i think of is that when one saying true stuff it helps to improve a person to be a better person.

for those i spoke hard words on u before, its just my thought. i'm sorry for the words.

adioz....

life

Salam...

Today i went to Kuantan to get stock for top-up. Right after i park my motorcycle, i saw one blind pakcik selling handicraft he made himself (like pencil case using rotan n such), he even make it there the moment i saw him.

Next to him there's another blind couple singing while playing music instrument. I'm easily touched by this kind of situation. So i just decide to donate to the blind couple. N continues my walk to take my top-up.

When i'm ready to go back, i saw that man selling handicraft earlier. He is checking his stuff (he tied it all together so that it is easier for him to grab on later n not misplaced). Again i feel pity for him. I turn off my ex5 and walk to him.

"Pakcik, bekas ni kira mcm mana", i asked and take the pencil case and bring it to him.

rm5, maybe not look like it but i think its okay

"Ni jual satu-satu, nak berapa? Dua? Tiga?", he replied.

"Satu berapa?", i asked the priced of the pencil case just now.

"5 ringgit satu yang bekas pensel ni", the old man replied.

So i took out my wallet and pay for it. And there i can see a happy smile from his face. Really, i dont mind donating my money to people really2 in need. Its heartbreaking when i'm not able to donate to all of them.

Another situation, 2 old man (not so old) sitting at a corner with a bowl in front of them. Then a mother with 2 son or daughter sleeping on their ribs also begging for money. A line of people with different style (one loss left leg, another one lost his right and so on). And for this type of person they are not the type that i'll give my money to

At least they should do something instead of just sitting there. Its the same like some old man lepak at home, but instead of sitting at home, these kind of people sitting at one corner begging for money.

For example, go to Pasar Seni LRT station and you'll see an indian right down the elavator. U might see that he lost his left/right/both leg. But actually he has both.

Or walk to the bridge at Puduraya, you'll see all kind of unlucky human there. There's blind, sick and so on. But the fact is, they can SEE!! Blind people wont just go to somewhere being a beggar. They even have their own association to help them find job.

Hmm, this is the world today. Its hard to know which one is real and fake anymore. I just hope that other normal living human wont take advantage of the good hearted citizen of Malaysia.

Wasalam...

p/s: if one doesnt have to think think twice voting for afundi, which doesnt benefit anyone except the company it self...why dont they donate rm2 to Bersamamu program. Well, they are acting a little bit but still they need help with their life...just think about it.
