Reading Foreign Language Website

One day you've been browsing to search for some information, in my case its news on Morning Musume and AKB48. After a moment, you be directed to japanese page, or whatever language you might find right =)

You dont understand a word in the page, so u have to leave with sad feeling not knowing whats written there... (i've had it many times...huhuhu)

So this is where translator software comes in handy. Yeah, solve my problem. Thanks to momoiro for the tips. Now its my part to share it with all of you.

This trick is only applicable with firefox. First, go to firefox addon page.Click HERE to go to the page. Look for the search column and type 'Translator' in the search box.

It will lead to a page listing all firefox addon for translating pages. There are many kind there, so just choose any you like depends on what type of language you want to translate. I choose East Asian Translator by the way since I only want to translate Japanese to English ^_^

Now, open any of the translator addon and click 'Install'. Firefox will pop-up a window to download and just continue the download (click yes, agree or whatever comes out).

After succesfully install, restart your firefox. And the translator is ready to do the job. For testing, go to any japanese language page. Here's one link for you to try--> TEST

Now, right click and look for the translating dropdown. Choose language desired, in this case it is Japanese - English. Let the site to do the translating work for a while...and Voila~

Its done!! Well, not all the sentences structure in correct order since the translator translate it direct from the word so the positioning is not according to the language grammar.

But at least you can finally understand whats written, compared to before - NONE!! Good luck trying this out ^_^

I got interview for my internship application today at Cyberjaya. Pray for success k.hahaha..

Yesterday also got a call from another company confirming my internship, hopefully this one will be ok too. I will have to choose one of them later, hopefully...at least i already have one.hehehe

UPGRADED!!!

At 1630 hours this evening this blog has officially been upgraded with a new layout and total makeoever. After more than a year operating at last I was able to give a little upgrade to this blog. Thanks to all of you who keeps on supporting this blog and I hope my silly article will help those searching answers upon certain matters ^_^

And a BIG thanks to Pjoyz for giving me advice on how to change the layout. Hehehe.

Rechargeable Battery?

- Using electronic devices which consume a LOT of energy from battery?
- buying too much batteries drain my pocket
- playing toys which use battery as power supply and needs a lot of batteries

Above probably the main reason one should find something to solve the problem which has been solves years ago. It is simple..use Rechargeable Batteries (RB).

There is wide range of type and brand can be found sold at supermarket, hobby shop or IT outlet. But one should concern which is the most efficient and cost dynamic when buying the battery. Of course when mentioning R.B i mean the charger as well. You can choose on how is the usage of the battery and the specs suitable for you.

1. Type

Few common type of R.B is lead and sulfuric acid, nickel cadmium (NiCd), (NiMH), nickel metal hydridelithium ion (Li-ion), and lithium ion polymer (Li-ion polymer). But most common found in Malaysia would be nickel metal hydride, NiMH, which is latest and more environmental friendly compared to nickel cadmium.

If u already has the charger, make sure the battery you bought is supported by the charger. Its not the brand that differs the battery but its the type. Charger only able to charge specific type of battery because of the chemical characteristic of each batteries is different one another.

2. Battery capacity

To ensure your device functions long enough for the whole event, make sure the capacity is large enough. For example there is 900mAh, 1200mAh and up to 2700mAh and one with more value has higher capacity. For example, if you just using for walkman maybe it doesn't consume much energy compared to digital cameras and R.C toys.

Choosing the most flexible amount of capacity also can save your pocket since smaller capacity batteries is less expensive than the larger one. For digital cameras it is advised to use 2500mAh or larger for longer run of the camera. Its more durable thus doesnt have to change the battery often.

3. Charger type

There are various type of charger, traveling charger, mini charger, compact charger which suits everyone needs. Traveler charger for example support different electricity range for those traveling outside the country thus you can just use one charger everywhere around the world. But of course its much more expensive than regular one.

There is also quick charger where it is able to charge 2500mAh battery in just 2 hour!! Whereas mini charger would take 24hours to complete charging, but at very low price. Choosing the type depends on your usage. If you rarely brings your camera outside you probably just need the mini charger where you can charge the batteries when it is not being used. For those prefer mobility a charger with fastest charging rate is needed.

Choosing the right type definitely will help you saves some money and spend it to buy more rechargeable battery instead.

4. Brand

Brand doesn't concern me. As long the brand fulfill all my requirement for my usage is enough. Although larger named brand such as Energizer and GP Power Banks is much pricier compared to UNiROSS...

Pilihanraya Umum Ke-12

PRU-12 yang dinantikan saban tahun berakhir sudah. Rakyat telah menyampaikan suara ketidakpuasan hati mereka sejak sekian lama sabtu lalu. Berikutan kenyataan-kenyataan pihak kerajaan yang menyuruh rakyat menyampaikan rasa tidak puas hati mereka melalui saluran yang betul, dan beginilah "feedback" dari rakyat kepada BN, diketuai oleh PakLah.

Sesungguhnya keyakinan untuk mengambilalih Kelantan dan keyakinan rakyat terhadap kerajaan BN yang ternyata dibuat-buat untuk menyedapkan hati mereka nyata memakan diri, apabila PRU-12 kali ini melihat satu anjakan paradigma dalam arena politik Malaysia. Pihak pembangkang telah berjaya menawan 5 negeri dan berjaya menerobosi beberapa negeri kuat bagi UMNO seperti Johor. Berikut adalah beberapa pendapat saya mengenai keputusan PRU-12 ini:

Tekanan hidup yang semakin meningkat, peningkatan ekonomi yang hanya dinikmati orang atasan, skandal oleh pimpinan kerajaan termasuklah seks, rasuah dan jenayah profil tinggi mempengaruhi pengundi untuk memilih pembangkang.

Disamping itu juga, kempen melampau-lampau kerajaan melalui pelbagai media iaitu tv, radio dan suratkhabar tanpa memberi pihak pembangkang ruang bersuara walau sedikitpun membuatkan rakyat jelik, muak dan menyampah dengan propaganda yang sengaja dibikin untuk menakutkan rakyat.

Overconfident yang dialami oleh beberapa muka lama dan nama-nama penting kerajaan menyebabkan mereka leka walhal rakyat sudah lama mahukan perubahan.

Tindakan memperbodohkan rakyat dengan beberapa keputusan oleh pihak SPR menunjukkan BN menganggap rakyat itu bodoh dan akan membuta tuli mempercayai segala yang dipersembahkan di media perdana.

Rakyat di negeri-negeri yang lebih maju memilih pembangkang mungkin kerana mereka mempunyai lebih pendedahan kepada media alternatif melaluii internet iaitu blog-blog dan akhbar internet seperti malaysiakini.com dan harakahdaily.net

Ceramah oleh Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim mendapat sambutan yang amat memberangsangkan sepanjang tempoh kempen, melihatkan kehadiran sehingga 10 ribu orang walaupun tanpa jemputan Siti Nurhaliza seperti satu kempen di Rembau. Sokongan rakyat yang tidak berbelah bahagi terhadap DSAI telah dibuktikan melalui PRU-12 kali ini.

Nah!! Ini jawapan kami...apa pula tindakan dari BN memandangkan jawapan rakyat sudah diterima. Harapan Baru Untuk Malaysia!!!

Kini cabaran pihak pembangkang pula untuk menunjukkan kebijaksanaan dalam menerajui negeri yang berjaya ditawan. Semoga pakatan pembangkang yang kuat di parlimen kali ini dapat mengelakkan kerajaan membuat keputusan secara membuta-tuli pada masa akan datang.

Di bawah saya kepilkan beberapa gambar dari kawasan parlimen panas, Lembah Pantai semasa berada di Kampung Kerinchi. Saya kira kawasan paling meriah dengan perang poster antara PKR diwakili Nurul Izzah dan Shahrizat Jalil dari BN.
