Arsenal potentials....

For me, waiting for EPL season start for Arsenal this year is quite the same as anticipating the launch the new Proton Saga. It was soo intensed. Plus with the number of talents in the youth squad (which is also the reserve squad) its what you can say a mystery...

In the friendlies, the show by arsenal young squad is beyond my expectation. With most of them is still under 23 they give a very good performance. And one that supprised me was Jack Wilshere. Here is one of his goal I found in youtube:

Besides, he's only 16!! Quite the same when Cesc Fabregas started showing up. Look at how the ball goes into the goal. Haha..Next Arsenal star maybe?

Not just him...arsenal is full with young stars. Wonder who'll take up Walcott bench seat. My guess is probably Carlos Vela :)

Adebayor can go...he's not needed anymore. We still have Bendtner for aerial clash. His heading is superb too. Maybe lack some speed, and work out on the dribbling.

And then Arsenal still has Fran Merida, Barazite, Gibbs, Gavin hoyte, Nordveit, Rui Fonte, Lansbury, Denilson, Abou Diaby, Traore...they just need a little more experience in the first team to perform to their own potential.

Fran Merida Skill

Abou Diaby is my favourite to see next season since I like his first touch and dribbling skill on field.  And also new signing Aaron Ramsey. At current date Bischoff has also announced as new Arsenal signings.

Theo Walcott

My 1st eleven goes to:

Almunia

Clichy

Sagna

Toure

Gallas (duh...hate gallas, but still he's the captain for next season, prefer Senderos)

Diaby

Fabregas

Samir Nasri

Walcott/Eboue

Vela/Bendtner

Adebayor/Van Persie

Sorry I cheated..its more than 11..haha. Well, Rosicky and Eduardo is recovering. Will look forward to see them join in the squad soon. Yeahh!!

Bon Odori Malaysia 2008

Last week me and my fellow friends, which is from the XMorfis Forum (can check out the link at my fav link) went to the Bon Odori Festival at Matsushita Shah Alam Stadium.

A bit of introduction about this festival from wikipedia:

Obon (お盆) or just Bon () is a Japanese Buddhist custom to honor the departed (deceased) spirits of one's ancestors. This Buddhist custom has evolved into a family reunion holiday during which people return to ancestral family places and visit and clean their ancestors' graves, and when the spirits of ancestors are supposed to revisit the household altars. Also called the Feast of Lanterns, it has been celebrated in Japan for more than 500 years and traditionally includes a dance, known as Bon-Odori.

But in Malaysia there is no graveyard of their ancestors. So the festival in Malaysia only includes drum performance and cultural dance. There is 3 parts of the dance. By the way, the event starts at 7 and we arrived at 6.30pm.

cultural dancers

Asupa (my friend) pick me up at my house and we went straight to Shah Alam and wait at Esso Batu Tiga for the others. We go there with 3 cars. Asupa's, Ishi's and Muizu cars. Most of us is here for the first time though. Only Muizu has experience about bon odori before ^_________^

Hearing the stories and its exciting. The event is well organized. Thumbs up to the organizer. They've done a great job at it. From parking to the entrance everything is quite smooth. Visitors is given a fan at the entrance. Festival is done in summer at Japan, and basically its hot in the field too. Haha...so giving a fan is convenient enough ^___^

drummers

While we are still in the car, kawaii girls wearing yukata can be seen already..weee~ Well, some is pure japanese while others might be chinese, malay...or..err...african..hhahahaha. Really. I thought I want to snap a picture but they walk too fast. Haha..But seriously, there is african wearing yukata.

So we went to the field, and the event started. The drummer entered the stage and started playing. Next the japanese girls wearing yukata entered the stage forming a circle around the stage. At the moment they just stand there so we have a chance to capture their pic. Hehehe..lucky i had 6x optical zoom camera. It can stretch quite far from place i stand.

Sadly only few on stage is cute/kawaii. haha..with my cam can see their face. Next we walk around the area to look around and capture pics. I met few malay girls wearing yukata and they are sporting enough letting me take a picture with them. Ahh..sadly though because I didn't take their phone number..huhuhu

Another thing that the organizer did was the "Surau" prepared for the Muslims. Its convenient enough and can support quite a number or people at the same time. After joining the bon odori dance little bit we decided to regroup and go for Maghrib prayer.

Found the others and they've already found a spot on the track with foods and cake. Foods brought is sushi (various type) and a cake celebrating Sayumi and few H!P artist. The cake is from Secret Recipe and it was DELICIOUSS!!!! But cannot take much because its too sweet. Haha. I'm not good with sweet stuff.

While we are eating, they are doing the 2nd part of the dance. Basically, every part is the same only the song played is different. I'm still not sure about this dance though. Just know a lttle bit about it. And Malaysia local culture song such as inang or wat ever is also played through the speaker. Maybe during their break time.

As the 3rd part of the dance, we went back to the field to participate. The dance is simple enough for everyone to follow ^____________^

What I can say here is that this is event is fun. And I really wanted to come again next year ^_______^

At the end of the event, there is photo session of drummers and dancers on stage. But its too crowded so i just look my friends from far. Everyone is enjoying the day. So do we.

We went back to Muiz place to exchange the pictures captured and eat. On our way back, I saw Ari's car. Another friend of mine. Hehehe. SMS him and he says he came with Oni, and Eis. Our other friend. Next year will come with them.

Okay..here is some picture i snap with my lumix. Ahh...I fell in love with the girl in red yukata T_________T hope had a chance to meet her again in the future.huhu~

The song played for the dance can be found here --> HERE <--

Malaysia or Tamil Nadu?

Ever watch Sivaji The Boss? Sivaji fought the corrupted government in his own way...

The government is too busy making money for their own pocket that they forget about the people living in the country.

In my eyes, Malaysia is same as that tamil movie...just that the hero does not star the show.

Hmm..who's Malaysia's Sivaji then? Anuar? Husam?

At the moment all the politician is too busy saving their ass rather than thinking more of the people. Hope all of this won't last long. Its too tiring when there is sign in newspaper everday showing Malaysia is breaking apart. I just hope that it will never come true

Drive slow? Go to die lah...

What will you do when you r driving, 3 lane highway...and there's suddenly a moron driving at speed of 70/60 kmh in front of you?

The situation here is, those driving in the right lane is too fast and traffic is kinda packed at the moment, while the left lane is full with people who drive just like this moron in front of you but with more attitude and brain...

arghhh...i just keep on cursing in the car.. I wish i had installed an outside speaker or something so that next time i can just  shout-out-loud "HEY MUTHAFUCKA...MOVE YOUR NASTY ASS VEHICLE OUT OF MY WAY...MOVE MOVE MOOOOOVVVE~"

who is right? who is the wrong then? eyh..? who ah?

This week is full with mindblowing news update. From new anuar sodomy topic till the explosion of najib (DPM) scandal, and back agin and pulling it back out.

And now what we can conclude is that Malaysia's politic is rubbish, and every politician is a big liar...no matter which parties they belong.

But seriously, evrything is too stoopid nowadays. Akuan bersumpah - is made after u really declared, bersumpah that the matter is the truth and once its out of your mouth, thats it!! No change..

But suddenly this one fella do stuff like it was nothing. He can do what he wants. Maybe money or some power issue is involved in this.

Malaysia is getting un-stable, economy is getting down, civilians gathering out on street every month...and the gov just do nothing...nothing that can help.

Cut the minister paycheck...err...10%..and where did that money goes? add to subsidy for people or just saving gov money to spend it all back for something else.

U start a gigantic mega billion peoject and...er...cancel it costing hundreds of million ringgit of tax payers money and just how stupid is that when PM can only say to change lifestyle which done nothing to improve our live...

Suspending project that will bring goods to economy and the citizen is another stupid decision as the cost for these projects will keep on rising...and doesnt get lower in the near future

Owh i blood pressure keep on rising at this rate...what will happen to malaysia next year..oh god
